Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Your right to return or exchange an order begins the day it is placed and ends 14 calendar days after you receive the goods. If you are eligible, you must notify us within this 14-day window, and you will have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To request a refund or exchange, you must contact us in writing by emailing contact@orasuneyewear.com with your order number in the subject line so we can advise you on the next steps.
Are returns free?
No, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, as we do not offer free returns.
What condition do the items need to be in for a return?
Items must be returned in an unworn, saleable condition, with all original tags attached. They must also be packaged securely.
Can I return a sale item?
Sale items are not eligible for a refund. They can only be exchanged for another item or issued as store credit.
What if my package cannot be delivered?
If an order is returned to us undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failure to collect the parcel, or no one being available to accept the delivery, a €15.00 deduction will be applied to the final refund or order value to cover the return postage penalties levied by our couriers.
